2x2 and Filled chest | Items disppear on destory
Whenever a chest with 18+ stacks is destroyed the items disappear, same with 2x2 trees (with treefeller). And here is another catch, I know trees dont drop 18 stacks of wood, and if you throw 18 stacks of an item on the ground, it remains.

for starters, why so many plugins?
secondly, remove all but the bare minimum *permissions, anti grief, ect*
then restart server and see if it still does it, if not then add plugins 5 at a time untill it happens, then remove those plugins you just added 1 by 1
