Did you or someone else mute you? Not 100% sure, but I think if you accidentally put the negate permission node for the anti mute node then it'd allow you to be muted still.. Could be a staff member on your server trolling you by adding that node to your user permissions then muting you..
Otherwise I have no idea, maybe nametag edit could be it, factions? the other mods I'm not sure, haven't used most of those before.. Just try checking the configs of those mods and your permissions for your rank/user uuid
