Computer to run minecraft
I need a proper notebook/laptop to run minecraft smoothly.
about 23-40 fps.
i've found a couple, heres one of them, i need opinions if this will run it properly. my budget is 500$.

Yes.
If you want more info on how the iGPU performs click >>here<< There are a few gaming benchmarks there which should give you an idea of how well it performs.
Since an A10 5800K can get around 100 FPS on "far", the A8-4500M should be able to do the same at 50-70 FPS.

Will that run minecraft properly?
Neither, the first laptop is pretty terrible if you're paying $500 for it. The Second laptop has a workstation card, the only thing you'll get out of it will be passable CAD/FP performance and that's about it.

That's seems like the best you'll be able to get at that price point, everything else is either embedded Intel GPU's or lower end AMD mobile APU's.
