Well there are two ways of getting your account back the transaction id and well hacking it back but the transaction id is the best way since it shows you own the account.
I change all my account info monthly to prevent this.

Already did like a long time ago.
Ok,now im NOT ignoring the warning that Mojang had talked about and I will not play minecraft until they confirm it's ok.

Get your transaction ID. It should be on your receipt if you still have it, or it might be in your email from when your first activated your account.
Hope you get your account back, make sure you listen to Mojang, they issued a warning on the launcher that there was an security issue and that you should change your password immediately.

Contacted support. I also have the attackers IP if that's any help.
Contact Mojang and provide the certification/receipt/confirmation of your account and they will help you.

Oh... If I could help I would, but if they changed your e-mail. (Probably heartbleed) there is nothing you can do anymore, since resetting the pass would send the request to his/her e-mail. I'm sorry :/
