I have these but I sell them. I sell the labor I put into making them but they are very good permission set if I do say so myself. However, getting a premade set just out of the blue probably wont happen since every server is so unique that there is no general open one for people to use. If you are going into hosting I highly suggest you just make your own one and don't be lazy about it. In truth, it is your permissions file that defines your server.
