hey i need help from an experienced server owner that would like to tell me y people can op themselves as i am constanly getting greifed plz help.

I have the same problem and I think it is a problem with groupmanager or permissions and I did not give them something.op.something or whatever

It's most likely Impossible unless they have some weird permission that gives them OP.
Give us further information.What Shows in the Console when they get OP?And does it say "{PLAYER} is now OP" or something like that"?

Now, for your problem.. We need more details. Is your server just a normal vanilla Minecraft server, or Bukkit? What plugins do you have? Also, it's highly likely other people are OP'ing others. Check the console and see who's doing what.

You most likely set up the plugin wrong, or other people were OP'ing players. Check the console to see what was going on exactly.

This isn't possible unless one of your admins (OP's) are OPing others.
