Like Nick said, if you have Group Manager you do /mangaddv and you can do other /mangadds for permissions and other stuff like that.
For GroupManager, the command to change prefixes and suffixes is:
/mangaddv (group) (variable) (value)
For the variable, put in the specified variable you would like to change (prefix or suffix)
For the value, specify what you would like the group prefix / suffix to appear as.
