That's pretty broad. Do you need a .bat file to start it? Or do you need to know how to port forward? Port Forwarding is pretty simple, but Is hard to give tutorials for because of what router brand you might have. The basics would be to port forward 25565 to your Internal IP (usually starting with 192 or 10) Generally your router should have your ip selected already on the computer you are on, if not just typing "ipconfig" in the terminal should help. (Look under IPv4) Make sure it's both TDP and UDP.
