How do you get my server more popular?

I have posted my server ion-realms.dyndns.com
To many sites and I was wondering, "how can I get it popular?"
We have 30 players total, 0-8 at a time, 1 donater per month, and I was oping to make those numbers bigger.
Any ideas?
