I strongly suggest actually contacting staff on that forum, or posting in whatever tech support exists there.

PMC is a very different entity.

My broad suggestions would be clearing cookies, trying another browser, allowing pages if you're using an extension like Ublock, and again, contacting someone on that site. Unless you can't make any kind of post at all, which is something you should note if it is the case. But in all cases, contacting someone over there is probably more fruitful than posting here.
