Be carefull giving "people that are gonna help" permissions, this is a sure way of getting yourself grieved. Permissions are easy to learn, watch a tutorial on youtube, there are thousands out there.

If it was me. I would learn to do these things you need help with, before actually buying a server. If your going to be a server owner.. you will have to know how to do these things. Permissions are the basics to be honest.
