Minecraft 1.7.2 Error
I know there are probably hundreds of posts about this topic, but I haven't been able to find one that solves my problem!
So here is the problem when I try to log onto ANY minecraft server 75%+ of the time I get this error:
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timout.ReadTimeoutException
Please help me solve this problem (short term will work too; Hopefully a new update will come out soon with a permanent fix)

The reason you haven't found a fix, is simply the servers are required to be up to work. So you just have to wait.
All of the servers are up.
Minecraft login is currently offline, try again in a few hours. No one can connect right now
I can connect right now just sometimes I get that error. It's perfecctly fine for me.
