Minecraft not using enough MB/GB ram!

Hello everyone, my minecraft is not using enough mn/gb of ram as it should. I gave it 2GB and it says in game that's it's only allowed to use 500mb! Watch the video for full explain. What can I do to let mc use more gb again? I'm getting like 200-300fps now were i should be betterin 500-700 fps.

Add this to JVM, if it's already there, switch the 1G to half of what you have.
Did it for normal 1.7.10 and forge 1.7.10 10.13.2.1236 but it still doenst work
