Minecraft server chat is invisable
My server chat is invisible!!!!. Makes a spot and all for where it is suppose to be...... The server has essentials and PEX, I am wondering what I can do to fix this. It doesn't show up on the console of what I have typed. Please help me get my server chat back. If you can lead me to what I have to do please do so.

I doubt it. I know this is a silly suggestion, but have you checked your own Minecraft settings? In-game under "Options..." > "Multiplayer Settings".
Just check that and make sure the first option is set to "Chat: Shown". There's a setting for commands only that may have been toggled somehow.
After this, I really wouldn't be able to troubleshoot without seeing your permissions file, and I hate sifting through those things. Sorry.

No it doesn't fix it
Do you have any chat plugins?
I'm convinced that it's a permissions error. Your inheritance key might have something to do with it. Try adding each rank and every rank that you intend for all ranks to inherit. I'm not 100% certain that they stack. Notice the colored section!
Example:
MasterDoge:
default: false
prefix: '&8[&eMasterDoge&8] &7'
inheritance:
- Member
- Doge
P.S. It's infinitely cleaner if you make the only owner node exactly: '*'

It doesn't
I am pretty sure it's a permission node issue with pex. Add the node modifyworld.chat to your default group and see if that fixes it.
