Hi! I just started a server and I'm really new to it, so I was wondering if PMC could help . I'm wondering about how to ban mods, make people admins, whitelists and stuff like that. Thanks!

To make admins etc, you need to install permissions. But permissions is a b*tch so I'd recommend reading ZaphodX's tutorial on how to use PermissionsEx.

Yuo should enable fly on there. For pepole with flymod.

To whitelist, all you have to do is open your server.properties file and edit whitelist = false to say whitelist = true. As for banning mods, I'm not sure that you can.
