The second part is now up, and I believe thats the part I start talking about Failed to Bind to Port.

It doesn't work, it keeps saying "Port is used or another Server is running"
I need help, I used to own a server, then it kinda crashed, but when I open the console it says that another server is running, please help.
Go to task manager and end java.exe
