Well hello there! We need a pro PVP plugin! We will reward you on my Minecraft server if you can complete this!
So basically the features that I need in it:
A command /stats shows your Kills/Deaths
A custom death message such as:
FlyingPig_ Has killed Notch with a Diamond Sword
(Color coded for the item)
Lightning on death so say if I killed Notch lightning would strike where he died just once.
Perma-Death for five hours, say if I killed Notch he would be banned for five hours.
I will NOT pay. The only thing I will do is promote you on my Minecraft server!

Just as a bit of advice, most people who make plugins won't really care about a reward on your server. Paying, or something else in return might really be your only method of supplying "payment" (in the sense of giving something in return).
