Name, Host, and Website for Server

Hey all, I have a small server of mine, my friends and I have been working on it for a long time, we have a good amount of useful plugins such as:

WorldEdit
WorldGuard
Essientials
CraftBook
Lockette

So, Im looking for a good hosting site, a good name for my MEDIEVAL server, and
I would like for someone to teach me how or make me a website.
If you can help in anyway please reply

For the Host I have a budget of $25 a month.
