Need help with permissions - 1.8.8 bukkit server
hello!
i have run a server for many years and have tried many times to set up permissions, but have never been successful. right now i am trying to set up a small server for some friends, but am struggling (yet again) to get permissions to work. i have tried following many guides.
info about my server:
-hosted by mcprohosting
-only plugins installed are worldedit, worldguard, and bPermissions
i am trying to set up global permissions
my groups.yml file (obvs i will add more groups and perms once it is working):
my users.yml file:
my config.yml file:
despite this, i still do not have permissions when i log into my server. it seems almost as if when launched, my server does not even recognize the bPermissions plugin. however, it did generate the folder and files. other plugins are working. is there something else wrong with the way i have set this up? is there something i need to do outside of the bPermissions folder to make it work?
thank you so much for your help! please tell me if you need any more info
