Thanks it fixed itself now I can play again

I had this problem about a year ago and it was strange, create a completely new server folder and install all your plugins into it, and then just transfer your permissions/world over to the new server once you have it set up. I never found out what actually caused the problem, but since this hard reset all of my files except for permissions and my world, it worked.

well give me all of the names of ALL of the plugins, all essentials, ...
