I a trying to get permissions on my server, but I just can't get it to work. I've followed tutorials closely and I still can't do it. Please can someone who has permissions on there server check my groups.yml:

I don't recommend bukkitpermissions. Pick bPermissions or PermissionsEX, the links are in the guide I mentioned.
From your code I see your permissions don't even line up, so they can't work.
You should also use the yaml parser to check you don't have errors like that:

I think it wasn't working because I used tabs instead of spaces. So I decided to delete my bukkit server and restart it cos I had so many rubbish plugins. But now I can't find the download for permissions. I thought I found it again but when I downloaded it, it was all put into one config folder. So I'm not sure if it's the right one:

Which plugin? DinnerPerms?
I would go straight to either Permissions-EX (what I use) or bPermissions – both of them require greatly reduced YAML editing.
