Please Help! How do I bump my server?

How can I bump my server so that it appears on the latest list? I really need to broaden my playerbase. I have tried posting update logs, but it doesnt work. Ive seen many servers on the top of the latest list that are old servers, how do they do that?

It needs to be a legit update.
Update logs do bump you up... Legitimate updates or it gets deleted.
Most servers are getting posted just now so that will be why your server won't appear because so many people are posting their servers.
