ReadMe Fast Need Help in Plugins

so last day i join a server of a friend and when i am in the lobby my prefix is [h][tyler][Pinasplayer] then when i go to pvp [s][tyler[pinasplayer] so how did they do it i mean h means hub and s means survival.Pls help

They probably have them in different groups and set the group prefix to that.

Well i only way i know how to do it is to define the string which requires programming .
