Regular Minecraft on Windows 10
When I try to run Minecraft on Windows 10 it does not open and crashes I don't know what's happening.

No I'm just getting a hand me down. The computer I'm using is like 5 years old.
There is the Window 10 version, but my computers so old it can't run anything for crap.
Maybe you should get the Minecraft Windows 10 version. Or do you have the Windows 10 version? I don't really know much about the Windows 10 version since I refuse to update to Windows 10.
It's Pocket Edition ported to Windows. It's completely separate from the PC version.

Intel, AMD/ATI, and Nvidia have been in the graphics business since the 90s. Before then, there was no such thing as a dedicated graphics chip.
With an ancient setup like that, the only reason windows 10 works at all is because it was made partially for mobile devices. I can't imagine why it would work otherwise, a pc without intel, Nvidia or AMD has to be at least 5 years old, if not 10.

According to this, you in fact do not have Intel HD Graphics. You have a very old Intel integrated graphics chipset that may or may not properly run Minecraft.
They do not have an official driver for that chip for anything newer than Windows 7, so I can't guarantee that this will work. But, it's worth a try.

If I were you, I would consider upgrading to a new computer because even if you were able to get the driver installed, you would not have a very enjoyable experience playing Minecraft.

I need more information about your system. I need you to run DXDiag again, but click Save All Information... in the bottom right of the window. Then I need you to paste the contents of the text document it generated here.
It says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." (I can't seem to get the picture on here.)
