I just upgraded my server and I don't think it says 'Welcome [playername] to [servername]' anymore, is there an option to turn this on?

NOPE. Should probably update your info brah, your out of date by one day.
You must have some type of server mod to enable this. (Like Essentials for example)

Should be somewhere in Essentials Chat config.

That has custom join messages but I want first time custom join message only, it had it on my old server.
