Don't fight him again after you die. Instead go to pvp with no armor and record him (You need a recording software such as Fraps or Bandicam) then post it on your servers forums, or send it the owner, and admin, or a moderator. If you are one of those ranks then BAN HIM!
If he is using nodus with godmode on, tell a admin, if you are a admin, ban him (Duh).
I've met a fair few of hackers, even been called a hacker by a guy who didn't know the server owner trusts me enough to put me on creative. Hackers ruin the game.
