Hey guys I need help with a Plugin on a 1.6.4 Bukkit Server. I need to know if there is any plugin out there that Shows the "Top Played Player"(With Head)in the walls. This is a real plugin as Hypixels server has it but I dont know what its called please tell me I need to know!

the plugin on hypixels server is custum coded and private there is public plugins out there but nothing as good i sugest hiering a coder fot that (if you cant make it yourself)
