Hey guys, I want to host a small server for about 4-5 slots for me and my friends, would this be good enough?

yea, those specs are pushing it for running a server, you will encounter lag for sure, but you for sure wont be able to host more than 5 people, i would recommend not having more than 2 or 3 worlds and only 9 to 10 plugins max.

That is more than plenty, you could run up to 15 to 20 players with those specs, but you have to consider you Internet speed.
Go to speedtest.net and do the test then post your upload and download speed because that may be your only setback.
