dragonzodiac99I have a plugin and it says I had 14GB free
Then I don't understand what you were asking. A plugin would take up hard drive space and very little RAM.

I think you're confusing 'memory' with 'storage'.
When a computer runs a program, it loads every element of the active program into Random Access Memory (RAM) from storage. That way, it can draw information without having to fish it out of the storage every time.
What you're seeing here is simply the RAM loading about as much as it can at one time.
You still have 14GB free (assuming you're saying you have 14GB of space and not RAM).
