What have I done wrong?
So I started working on permssions using notepad++ and pex. I want to know why this is wrong, I am a new person with notepad++ so can you please review my file and give me some advice on my permssions. Good or bad I am ready. Please make it constructional.

Group Ranks should not be the same. You don't need "default: false" if you have a single "default: true".
This might be a problem:
YOU CANNOT USE TABS IN .yml FORMAT.
In NotePad++ go to Edit > Blank Operations > TAB to Space
