Skindex is annoying

Okay so basically, I wanted to continue trying to make a skin with a gas mask but it won't let me reset the skin, change to eraser etc, but most importantly the RGB wheel is gone. Can someone pls pls pls pls help me.

Skindex is very much so-
try to download the skin file and use the pmc editor, maybe?
