Hiring helpers, mods and admins based on experience

I set up a server 2 weeks ago, and as of today, I added a new server running towny to my hub. I already have all the staff i need in my factions and creatice world, but since my towny server is new, I am asking for experienced people to become staff.
The requirements :
Full knowledge of how to play towny and over 13 years old gets helper.
Previous experience, (need ip as proof) with towny wars, moderating people gets moderator. Must be 15 years or older.
Extensive knowledge of all towny aspects, and permissions will get mod again, with a chance for admin.
All of the people applying should be mature, and rspectful towards everyone.
Note, you must have skype to become a staff rank.

Have You been in any staff position before (If so what server, was it popular): Yes i was Admin on Knights Realms and they had over 4000 Members!
Why should I make you an Admin: Because i standout unlike any other of all the applications! Im nice and professional and always giving people ways to resolve a small or large issue between them! Im always resolving issues that are fair. Im very professional!

What do you bring to the server: Professionalism! And more members! When i resigned about 150 Members or Knights Realms followed me because they wanted to start fresh like me!
I will always behave like another staff members and NEVER abuse my role as staff on this wonderful server!

I have owned my own server before with Towny on and creative [Marshallcraft.net]
I enjoy playing minecraft and I am a brilliant member of staff I have been Deputy Owner on scarhub.ddns.net and enjoyed being staff and it was greatly disappointing when it was shutdown due to financial problems. I would love to have the chance to be an admin or even higher I would love to be on creative as I am best on creative but if needs be I will have to go on Towny I am not an expert on Towny but I know all the commands.

These "age limits" are quite a boundary. I will admit that most people under the age of thirteen will grief the server aVo-style if they don't get their way, but I think I'm quite rational and a good staff member, though I am twelve.
