I tried downloading Spigot and CraftBukkit but I can't seem to find a download for 1.7/1.8. Anyone know why?

-snip-. If you can find one but can't download it that is a different story. Spigot and Bukkit are having DMCA issues (Copyright). You will be unable to find a official download but there are some fan posted downloads for spigot. Be safe though.
