[WIP][1.7.9][RPG][Need builders/staff] Kingdoms of Samarra

I am an experienced minecraft player, and I've always tinkered a lot with server making, although I've never actually released one, I think I've finally decided on a server I would like to go public. I started a new map that has a few villages nearby each other. (Not in sight of each other, but minecraft maps are huge) My idea was to make these 2 villages rival armies in a kingdom. (Samarra)
I have factions.(to be honest, I plan on changing this to a different zone plugin) My goal is to make a village (claiming land from one of the villages near the spawn) and having whomever will become my co-owner as the creator of the opposite village. Most new players will choose between these two rival villages, each worshiping a different god which gives them special "gifts." Players will be able to create their own villages, too, and ally or enemy either or both main villages. ALTHOUGH, creating a village is very costly.
A few features my server will have:
-NPC Shops, forget dealing with chests.
-QUESTS! Yes, quests!
-Bounties on enemy village VIPs!
-Daily, weekly, and monthly events!
-A dedicated server (Coming soon)

-Huge battlefield between the two main villages

IMPORTANT: I have a VPS! I am just waiting to put the server on there until I'm done with the plugins/beta/building. The server WILL be 24/7, just not yet.
