Experience-I have been staff on over 20 servers all sadly have gotten shut down due to poor funding but I am currently Admin on a small server that is still up and running.

Why do you want to join? I want to join because I feel like I could really help the server out and I know the appropriate procedures if I need to kick/ban someone : What will you do if people Advertise Spam?:
If someone Spams it's just a Basic kick for Spam. But if they keep it up the punishments go higher. If a player be's mean then It is the same a Basic kick but if they keep doing it punishments go Higher, and the same with CAPS. But if someone advertises then it's just a full Ban.
What will you do for the server?:
I will help out 24/7 and ask people to vote donate etc. I will be on the website a lot (when we get one)and view the Forum posts and comment or tell them some advice. I will always be nice and if a player Needs Help about something I will tell them what to do. If players are spamming for me to help. Or people are like "How do I do this?" I will say Need help? Do /m Enxtropy for a Question / People Hacking / Extra. Or if I am accepted as Mod or Admin I will most likely make a minecraft youtube channel just to record on this server and advertise it.
