Minecraft Forge won't launch

When I try to run my forge profile in the Minecraft launcher, it closes and nothing happens. There isn't even an error report. This does not happen with any of my other profiles and their versions, only forge. Forge has worked for me before this.
I have tried uninstalling all minecraft files and all java versions, then re-installing, but this changed nothing.
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Java Version: Java SE 1.7.0
Please help!

generally that happens when the jar is corrupt. You need to delete the profile before you re-install minecraft forge.

I'll try this, but I don't know if it will work or not because I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling my entire .minecraft... I was using the recommended versions of forge, but I can also try latest.

Didn't work... I reinstalled 1.6.4 jar, AND forge jar.

I'm getting the same thing, but for some reason, it just started today. I was actually trying to make a tutorial on modding minecraft, when my forge profile wouldn't launch. There's no specific version, it just does this on any forge version on any game version. All my other profiles seem to be starting just fine. I have a Windows 8.1 64-bit as well, and my java is newest version.
