Minecraft only crashes when I break a block with hands?!

Here's the crash report, I dont get it, if i break a block with anything else but my hands nothing happens, but if I break with it with my hands on any block, it crashes, help?

Hmm and 1147 is the final 1.7.2 version.... What mods do you have installed? Maybe one of them is overriding something it shouldn't.

It's not letting me post the log again but it's in my spoiler in the op, and pretty much any block I try to break with my hands

I will either need the bottom of the crash report, or the lists of mods. You may have a item/block id conflict.A item that is overridding the block. I have the same version, and not having any problem with it. Other than a few unexpected errors.

Wait do you mean full report as in like the crash log thing?

The whole crash log. Also, what block, from what mod were you breaking?

Its on Forge 1147 and minecraft version 1.7.2

Oh, What mods do you have. Also if you can, provide a full report. Do a attachment thing, so you don't exceed the character limit.

What version was it on? Down to the Snapshots, if you are on the snapshots.
