Try the map seed "Seven" (cap sensitive)
It is a very mixed map with mountains, lakes, rivers, dungeons, forests, deserts, arctic, and pretty much any other land feature in Minecraft. *NOTE* This map rarely spawns zombies and skeletons. Spiders are semi rare here. Creepers are everywhere, even on easy!
Also Try "Fivehundredseventy" There is a HUGE hole in the ground!
