Best Sony Vegas Render Settings For Minecraft Videos

Hi guys, I am making now heaps of minecraft videos and i would like to know what the best render settings are for HD quality with not a big filesize. I use Fraps to record the videos if that would mean anything to you guys

i found a tutorial for best rendering for runescape, and just used that. i'm not sure if it's the best though. but it works
