no they make ramp rails
They can also not make ramp rails if i remember correctly.
I noticed that it the terrain.png aswell and got a bit like 'Wha....' . Its a bit dissapointing tbh...
your not supposed to be able to
if you ever looked at the terrain.png or watever it is
you can see that the rail has a curved one but the booster and detector rails only have one which is straight
