Enderman ghosts??

I was playing in browser when in the afternoon i saw an enderman white thing in the distance i go to check it out and theres nothing there!!!! i can post pics tomarrow cause thier on my pc but it was soo odd

when enermen teleport or take damage from rain, they flash white.

I know what happened, the distance makes mobs white, and the enderman was inactive so when you walked up to him he disappeared.

I actually think you're right, mobs with glowing eyes (enderman and spiders) turn white when they stand in fog, and since enderman teleport alot since 1.0.0, he probadly dissapeared when you went towards him (sorry if my english is bad )
