He didn't Because never existed or ever will.
Teorically, it's an unsatisfied Mojang employee, that got fired.
He was angry, and started hacking into people's games, and destroying everything.

Some guy just created a new minecraft creepy pasta that's almost exactly like herobrine just to get a new running theme like that streamer that started the herobrine the brocrafters stream if that's their name, entity 303 will probably soon be running next to herobrine with mods, fake posts/encounters and Photoshopped screenshots ugghhh why did you do this whoever created entity 303 whyyyy now notch is going to get more angry at us because of you... he already yelled at us when we confronted him about entity 303 https://twitter.com/notch/status/485842973171535873 this is his exact post...

ummmm he looks mad...
He was annoyed by all the questions he would/will recieve about Entity 303. And after all the Herobrine questions its pretty understandable he would be angry.
