How to use votifier without ports?

Hey guys, were setting up a server called brawlMc and our host won't give us a votifier port until they respond. WHICH IS FOREVER.
If there is a way to use votifier though an IP on a diffrent server, then shoot the votifier port back to this server, would that be possible?
im not sure. But please help! I need votifier with out a port!

You need a port. The internet doesn't work like that.

also this may be a bit harsh but, do research before you rent servers and ask about ports as well
