I need suggestions for a Redstone AI that will give people ideas and projects, I need some ideas for projects that I can pt into the device so people can get it from the device.

You might get more milage out of a spinner based contraption:
Build an 'A' in a 'B' biome out of 'C' in the style of 'D'.
As for project ideas, it might be well to divide them by size/time required as 'build a cobble generator' is in a very different catagory than 'build a parrot farm'
connect two sites with a road / canal / ice road
add automated boat dispensers / launchers
add autonated boat breaking & collecting
build an automated poison potatoe farm
add a secret door to your base that opens via
