Minecraft 2.0 Discussion. What Do You Think Will Be In It?

So I've heard Minecraft 2.0 is coming out not in he distant future. What do you think will be in it? What will it be like?
Do you think it will be and update or a whole new minecraft game altogether?
What new features will Jeb peesent to us?
This is the thread to ask it all and answer/discuss it all!
I think that there will be dragons and different worlds just like the Nether and Aether. I think Jeb will make like and ice world for example and create new mobs to roam around that realm!

No minecraft 2.0 will just be a normal update it won't be a new version or something like that atleast that is what I think

Guys there are some videos on twitter, watch them. They are about 20 videos and i think i willl not update my minecraft, after the 1.2.5 its not original minecraft

But, srsly I need Planes and Trains in MC, that would be awesome.
Plans and trains would be hard work to code and to build a fully functional one in minecraft, I think they'll hold off on that idea for awhile lol but I do knoe that they are mods though.

I know it's not going to happen, but I hope Jeb adds a new difficulty or seed where Herobrine can spawn. If Notch or Jeb adds Herobrine, what do you think he could do?
I also want more explosives and redstone components, but 2.0 isn't coming out for awhile, so I don't have a clue what it could be.

My guess for minecraft 2.0: they will rework the lighting system, and add an actual lighting engine, I think they will rework the ender dragon, either, and possibly add a new boss. I think they will completely rework the chunk system into cubes, as has been discussed in various forums, there will be many updates, fixes, and improvements to the combat system as well as servers. My hope and thoughts.

Well, I'd love to see some colored glass, which we've been asking about forever.
Maybe some new generated structures, like jungle ruins or something that may look Aztec-y.
The ability to be able to climb up vines without needing a block behind it.
Almost every block could be slabbed, and also allow slabs to interact with each other. For example, you can't put a stone slab on top of a wood slab, which sucks because it would make a really neat design.

jeb has said that there will probably not be a sky dimension, sorry for those of you who wanted one, also they aren't going to make a second minecraft, minecraft 2.0 when it comes out will be a final update which is kind of sad to think about (at least mods will still update)

it will be a long time tell the 2.0 update comes out, seeing that we are at 1.6 right now, we have 4 main updates left and im sure jeb and the rest of the minecraft team wants to make each count

Surely there will be tainted glass, redstone bugs, pink withers, etho slabs, magic, Super Hostile Mode, sharks, aliens, UFOs, blocks and mobs that sometimes talk, Legend of Zelda chickens/cucoos, Diamond Chickens, exploding mobs when feeding them, torches that burn out, (I can go on all day)

To be honest I'm terrified of what a minecraft 2.0 could be esp if mods or redstone devices where not transferable from one to the other. Just keep making updates for minecraft thanks

seeing as 1.6 adds horses i believe that we will see more dev on those such as carts and different items for them as well as types, and we might possibly see different spells or more rpg related items and equipment, and its also see some flying mobs, and possibly new villiagers and better prespawned dungeouns/npc buildings.
thats a rough sketch, but as sinizter said 1.6 is isnt due for release yet, so dont get yer pannies in a wad about 2.0 it will get here when it gets here, no use in getting excited over things that might or might not be in it, even jeb doesnt know yet. and he actually had to do a poll to ask users what to add to 1.6
