That is a strange TCP port to run on. (Not UDP right?) Most servers would use the 25565 port
You actually think your going to get someone to do this? If you want a server you don't have to make, rent one.. This means, pay for one, with money. First make a test one on your computer to see if you can handle actually running one in general..
I don't want to be rude, but I don't think anyone will make you a server only on the basis that you will "make them second owner", because if they are able to create the server they can just do that and then have their own and model it themselves.
