Cool ideas! Hope they are implemented, but some of them may be in mods. I'd like them to go more into wolves, to make there be different ways to tame them AND make them stronger.

Rock Golems.
They'd look similar to Iron Golems (Just so you can picture it), and they'd spawn in extreme hills biomes.
They're neutral until you stare at them (like endermen, but longer staring). When you stare at them, they'll take a few steps back, and charge at you. If they hit you, it'll be like getting hit with Knockback II. They do little damage while charging up their next attack, so that'd be the time to strike. Most weapons don't do much unless they're <iron, or they have a sharpness/power enchant.

I would want a Knight.
Basically you give a villager an Iron Sword and full Iron Armor, give them Emeralds (the more emeralds you give the more health they get and more damage they deliver).
Then they turn into a Knight Mob, Which appears like a villager but in Iron Armor and with a closed faceplate.
They follow you around if you right click on them they will patrol around the area.

there is no such thing as "a archery building", archers use practically anything, and it's my opinion whether or not I choose that little round-headed baffoon as a possible mob, not yours. also, no need to make 4 different posts explaining what this archer does, and there's already an archer in minecraft anyway; the skeleton.

I'd add a Mongolian death worm. They'd spawn in deserts and hide in special sand blocks that act similar to the monster egg blocks that silverfish hide in. If you walk over the block or break it, they will attack you!
