Play a sound when a player joins
[Mods i know your gonna move this but can you do it quickly i didnt know what this would fall under]

I would customize a simply plugin and add a command that allows users to opt out of listening to the audio.
Firstjoinplus does everything like that except the optout.
You can turn the sound off in general tho if it gets too annoying.

I would use command blocks and scoreboards.

Yeah good idea i just liked the wither sound on join plugin ill try what you said
Personally, I'd find that really annoying if I was on a server with that. Perhaps try doing a welcome message instead?
I call false on that, considering this is specifically talking about for a server.
