I am making a custom dimension (as a project, not a mod. Click here for more details: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/ ... imensions/) and I want to get rid of the bubbles when you use the /effect command so it can work on everyone who goes through the "portal". How do?

That's pretty simple... You'll just need a custom texture pack. If you leave the potion particle in the particle file transparent, you shouldn't have them anymore...
I know you can do that but I want to make it so literally anyone, texture pack or not can use the portal with out getting icky potion effects. The link I posted up above, shows a video of the thing I'm building and I don't know if he uses a custom texture pack, but there were no bubbles.
