Redstone Dust

I am not sure how i got it but in a server i found some redstone dust it looks a bit like a cobweb but tell me how to get it as it is not listed on items.

Oh yeah, I got some of that in singleplayer just put it down as redstone and delete it to make it normal.
On the items list it is a red powder called "Redstone Dust" Look it up. Either that or you found Redstone Ore, a Redstone Torch, A Redstone Lamp, or a Redstone repeater.
